Meet MigraSoothe Magnesium
Much more than a bedtime mineral: magnesium helps the body make use of energy, supports muscles and nerves, and takes part in hundreds of enzyme reactions.

The everyday explanation
ATP often works together with magnesium. Think of the mineral as a helper that makes the cell’s energy currency usable.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous-system function, supporting the signals and reactions behind everyday movement.
Evening is a convenient time to take it, but magnesium’s role extends through the entire day. Sleep research remains mixed.
Citrate is the form used in this bottle. The compound’s weight and the amount of elemental magnesium are different numbers.
Little things worth knowing
Epsom salts are magnesium sulphate. A warm bath can feel lovely, but it is not an established way to replenish your magnesium through the skin.
An enzyme is a tiny worker that helps a chemical reaction happen. Magnesium is a helper for more than 300 enzyme systems: an impressive range of jobs, from making proteins to handling energy. It is also involved in how nerves and muscles operate. Foods such as nuts, seeds, legumes and green vegetables supply magnesium; people’s intakes vary, so we do not assume everyone is deficient. Researchers have explored magnesium in migraine care and sleep, but results depend on dose, preparation and the people studied. The compound on our label is magnesium citrate; compare elemental magnesium amounts when comparing products.
Questions you might be asking
No. Its established roles include muscles, the nervous system, energy metabolism and reducing tiredness and fatigue. Some people prefer an evening routine, but it is not simply a sleeping tablet.
No. Dietary intake and individual circumstances differ. It is sensible to include magnesium-rich foods rather than assume that everyone is chronically deficient.
It provides magnesium in a salt form commonly used in supplements. It is generally absorbed better than some less soluble forms, although tolerance and the elemental amount also matter.
No. Citrate is part of the compound’s weight. The elemental magnesium figure tells you how much magnesium itself the serving provides; check that figure on the current label.
Our Complete routine uses two magnesium capsules daily, often in the evening with water. Follow the current bottle label for the serving and precautions.
Check whether the pack already includes this magnesium bottle. Avoid doubling up; also check magnesium in a multivitamin or another booster.
Yes. Trials have explored several forms and amounts, with mixed findings. Research interest is encouraging, but higher trial doses should not be copied without checking the elemental amount, tolerance and medical suitability.
Supplemental magnesium can loosen stools or cause stomach discomfort. If this happens, ask a pharmacist about your dose and preparation rather than simply taking more.
Glycinate is another commonly used magnesium form. Dr Peter Chadha reports that, in early formulation testing and feedback, more testers found citrate suited them, so MigraSoothe focused on citrate. This is our formulation experience, rather than a clinical comparison proving citrate is better for everyone. Tolerance and the elemental magnesium amount matter too.
A comfortably warm bath can be a pleasant way to unwind. Epsom salts are magnesium sulphate, but good evidence that bathing replenishes the body’s magnesium through the skin is lacking. Enjoy the bath for relaxation, while getting magnesium through food and, when appropriate, an oral supplement.
