MigraSoothe Product Selector Terms and Conditions
Why all the questions?
Because choosing supplements shouldn’t feel like sitting an exam.
We ask only what helps us compare the MigraSoothe range against your preferences, priorities and budget.
This selector is a shopping aid, not medical advice.

A shopping aid, not medical advice
The MigraSoothe product selector is provided only to help you compare products sold by MigraSoothe. It does not provide medical advice, make a diagnosis, identify your migraine type, assess your health, prescribe treatment or replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
Why we provide the selector
We know that our range can feel confusing. Customers have different preferences, budgets and starting points, so the selector asks a small number of broad questions and organises relevant products into three clearer shopping choices: Good, Better and Best.
These labels describe the breadth and cost of the product routine. They are not medical grades. “Best” means the broadest option in that comparison; it does not mean that it is medically necessary, that it is the right choice for every person, or that it will produce a better result for you.
Choosing a routine that suits your budget
We do not want customers to feel that they must spend beyond their budget. Broader options sometimes contain more ingredients or more than one product, so they will usually cost more. This does not make the lower-cost option an inferior or inappropriate choice.
Unlike many supplement products sold as a one-month pack, many MigraSoothe products provide approximately two months’ supply. This can make the full pack price appear higher even though it covers a longer period. Some products and combinations have different routine durations, which are stated on their product pages.
We therefore show the estimated cost per day alongside each option to make the comparison easier. Consider the breadth of the routine, the number of products involved, the supply period and the daily cost, then choose the starting point that feels realistic and sustainable for you. Good and Better remain valid choices even when a broader Best option is displayed.
How the selector works
The result is generated automatically from the answers you choose about broad factors such as age group, migraine or recurring-headache frequency, impact, formula preference, additional support interests and selected suitability factors. The selector uses only those answers and cannot take account of your complete medical history, diagnosis, symptoms, medicines, test results, allergies, diet or individual circumstances.
The result is a product comparison from the MigraSoothe range. It is not an individual clinical recommendation and it does not confirm that any product is suitable for you.
Why we ask about other areas of support
Some questions may not appear immediately connected to migraine, but they can still be relevant. Poor or disrupted sleep, for example, can be a contributing factor or trigger for some people, while tiredness may occur alongside migraine. We may also ask about concentration, brain fog, nausea, digestion, dizziness, mood, or bone and muscle symptoms because these may occur alongside migraine or influence the kind of support a customer is looking for.
Your answers may make certain ingredients or supplements more relevant within the broader product options. This does not mean that the selector has identified the cause of a symptom, diagnosed a deficiency or concluded that the symptom is caused by migraine. It simply helps the selector compare products that may also support the additional area you selected.
Where you select several areas, the selector may ask which matters most and use that answer to choose one additional support product. It does not automatically add every possible supplement.
Food supplements, evidence and our scientific approach
MigraSoothe products are food supplements, not medicines. They are intended to supplement the diet and should not be treated as medicinal products or as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Food supplements can still have a relevant scientific evidence base. For example, NICE guideline CG150 advises people with migraine that riboflavin 400 mg once daily may be effective in reducing migraine frequency and intensity for some people. Other ingredients used across the MigraSoothe range have also been examined in published research, although the amount and strength of evidence differ between ingredients.
The people behind MigraSoothe include scientists, and we use NICE guidance, published research papers, ingredient information and formulation considerations when deciding which products and combinations we believe provide sensible options. Scientific evidence guides our decisions, but it cannot predict exactly how any individual will respond.
Each person has a different genetic make-up, diet, health background, sleep pattern, lifestyle, living circumstances and environmental exposures. These and other factors can affect migraine patterns, nutritional needs, tolerability and the effectiveness of any supplement routine. Our scientific process therefore supports product design and comparison; it does not create certainty or a guarantee for an individual customer.
Why some options contain several products
Complete, Ultimate and some other routines contain more than one product. This is because useful ingredient quantities cannot always be placed into one simple capsule. A single capsule has practical limits, and combining several ingredients can create formulation, stability, compatibility, dosing or tolerability considerations.
Keeping products separate can make the ingredients and doses easier to understand and allows a routine to be assembled more clearly. A multi-product pack will normally involve taking more than one capsule or product. Always follow the directions and ingredient information shown on each individual product label.
No guaranteed result
People and migraine patterns vary. MigraSoothe cannot create a selector or supplement routine that works for every person, every cause of headache or every type of migraine. A product that is useful to one person may not be useful to another, and some people may notice no benefit.
The selector does not promise that a product will prevent, treat or cure migraine or any other medical condition. Product results, experiences and timescales vary, and no result is guaranteed.
Your responsibility when using the selector
- Answer the questions accurately and do not rely on the selector to identify a condition or decide whether symptoms require medical assessment.
- Read the current product page, full ingredient list, directions, warnings and product label before buying or taking any product.
- Check suitability where you use medicines, have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are preparing for surgery, or are uncertain about an ingredient.
- Do not use the selector for urgent symptoms, a sudden or unusual severe headache, or a material change in your usual pattern.
Age limits
The full product selector, product results and basket functions are available only to people aged 18 or over.
For children under 12, the selector provides no supplement information or product suggestions because NICE guideline CG150 covers headache and migraine management in people aged 12 and over.
For ages 12–17, the selector provides information about NICE CG150 only. It does not recommend a MigraSoothe product, display a shopping result, send an email recommendation or add anything to the basket. A parent or guardian should be involved, and the young person should discuss NICE CG150 and any MigraSoothe product information with their GP or appropriate clinician before buying.
Product information, prices and availability
Ingredients, pack contents, directions, prices, availability and product names can change. The selector’s daily cost is an estimate based on the current product price and configured routine duration. The product page and the physical product label provide the current purchasing and usage information.
Adding a product to the basket does not confirm that it is suitable for you. It simply adds the selected shopping option to your Shopify basket.
Errors and limitations
We take reasonable care when building and maintaining the selector, but it is an automated tool and may occasionally contain an error, omission, broken link, outdated price, outdated product information or an unsuitable result. It may also be affected by incomplete or inaccurate answers, technical faults or changes to our products.
If the selector and a current product page or product label differ, use the current product page and label information. Please tell us through our contact page if something appears wrong so that we can investigate and correct it.
Liability and your consumer rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MigraSoothe is not responsible for loss arising solely from treating the selector as medical advice, providing incomplete or inaccurate answers, ignoring current label information, or using a product contrary to its stated directions and warnings.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Acceptance
By ticking the acceptance box and continuing, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you understand the selector is a product-comparison and shopping aid, not medical advice.
