Two months’ supply
How MindLift works
MindLift brings together migraine-focused nutrition and a broader interest in cognitive wellbeing. Pro supplies the riboflavin core; CoQ10 and magnesium add ingredients studied for migraine, while Lion’s Mane adds an emerging cognition story. These strands have different levels of evidence.
Four products, four roles
Pro: the core formula
Two capsules supply riboflavin 400 mg, with ginger, feverfew, tryptophan, ALA and B vitamins. NICE CG150 discusses riboflavin 400 mg daily as an option that may reduce migraine frequency and intensity for some people. That is evidence about riboflavin, not an endorsement or trial of this finished stack.
B6, folate and B12 also contribute to normal psychological function. Tryptophan is an amino acid used in protein and serotonin-related pathways; supplying a building block does not guarantee a change in mood.
The Pro science →Lion’s Mane: cognition research
Two capsules supply extract 250 mg, equivalent to mushroom 3,000 mg, with alfalfa, acerola and black pepper. Laboratory research on nerve signalling and small human cognition studies explain the interest. Results depend on preparation and population. Human nerve repair and migraine prevention have not been established for this blend.
The mushroom and full formula →CoQ10: an energy relay
One capsule supplies CoQ10 300 mg with thiamine. CoQ10 transfers electrons in mitochondrial energy production. Small controlled migraine studies have reported encouraging findings, but mechanisms and ingredient trials do not prove the whole pack works for everyone.
The CoQ10 research →Magnesium: everyday pathways
Two capsules of the citrate formula form the evening part of the routine. Magnesium participates in hundreds of enzyme reactions, normal muscle and nervous-system function and energy metabolism. Migraine trials have produced differing results.
The magnesium research →Your morning and evening routine
Morning: two Pro, one CoQ10 and two Lion’s Mane capsules with food and water. Start Lion’s Mane at one daily for the first week before increasing to two. Evening: two magnesium capsules, following the bottle.
The pack contains 120 Pro, 120 Lion’s Mane, 60 CoQ10 and 120 magnesium capsules: two months at the stated regular routine. A labelled organiser can help; retain the original bottles for directions, batch details and storage information.
Research, put in perspective
The Japanese Mori trial followed 30 adults with mild cognitive impairment and found changes on its cognitive scale during a 16-week mushroom-powder regimen. Scores declined after stopping. The preparation was different from this extract. A 2025 acute Lion’s Mane trial did not show an overall significant improvement in cognition or mood. There is no demonstrated additive effect from combining the four finished products.

Your questions
Who is MindLift for?
Adults considering a wider nutritional routine alongside migraine care and cognitive wellbeing. The imagery features an older couple, but age alone is not a recommendation to use every ingredient. Seek assessment for new or worsening cognitive or neurological symptoms.
Will it repair nerves?
Laboratory nerve-signalling findings are a research rationale. They do not establish that this product repairs damaged nerves in humans.
Can I add another core formula or tryptophan?
Do not add Original, + Herbs, another Pro-containing pack or standalone L-Tryptophan Complex to this routine. Pro already supplies overlapping ingredients. Have medicines and other supplements checked before use.
How can I assess my routine?
Use a migraine diary and review frequency, intensity and everyday function over a consistent period with your healthcare professional. These supplements are not intended to stop an attack immediately.
Pro contains feverfew and is unsuitable during pregnancy. Check medicines, particularly those affecting serotonin, and suitability before use. Food supplements complement a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
