Practical questions
Why can’t everything go into one capsule?

There is a practical limit to how much one capsule can hold. The full amounts of all the ingredients in a multipack would not fit into one capsule of a practical size. Keeping the formulas separate lets the pack provide the intended quantities without squeezing everything into a smaller serving.

Follow the directions for each formula in your pack.

How can I make taking a multipack easier each day?

A clearly labelled pill organiser can help you prepare your routine, so you do not need to open several bottles each day. Make your morning compartments part of breakfast, and keep any evening capsules in a separate, clearly marked compartment.

Follow the pack routine and each bottle’s directions and storage instructions. Only transfer capsules when the storage instructions allow it, and keep the original bottles for their labels.
