A broader nutritional routine

One core formula, several nutritional roles

How it works

Two capsules a day

Adults take two Pro capsules daily with water, following the current label. With breakfast is an easy way to remember. A 120-capsule bottle provides 60 days.

Riboflavin 400 mg

Two capsules supply the daily riboflavin amount discussed in NICE migraine guidance. Vitamin B2 helps cells release energy from food.

Botanicals + amino acid

Feverfew and ginger bring the botanical ingredients. L-tryptophan is a building material the body uses in making serotonin, among its other roles.

Supporting nutrients

ALA participates in energy chemistry. B6, folate and B12 contribute to normal psychological function and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Pro FAQs

Who is this formula for?

Adults who prefer a broader migraine-focused nutritional formula, combining riboflavin with botanicals, an amino acid and B vitamins that contribute to normal psychological function. The How It Works guide explains each ingredient and the evidence.

How long should I give the routine?

Riboflavin is used as a daily preventive approach, rather than something to stop an attack immediately. A three-month trial is commonly suggested in migraine care. Use a migraine diary to track changes in your routine.

Can I combine it with Original, + Herbs or another pack?

Choose one core formula or pack. Pro already supplies riboflavin and several other ingredients. Adding another core formula duplicates them. Check labels before adding other supplements so you do not duplicate ingredients.

Anything to check before taking Pro?

Follow the bottle directions. Pro contains feverfew and is unsuitable during pregnancy. If you take medicines—particularly antidepressants, triptans or other medicines affecting serotonin—or are breastfeeding, check suitability with a pharmacist or doctor. Pro supplies B6 20 mg and folic acid 2 mg daily; seek advice before sustained use at these amounts. If in doubt, ask.

What does the evidence actually say?

NICE CG150 says riboflavin 400 mg daily may reduce migraine frequency and intensity for some people. That statement concerns riboflavin, rather than an endorsement of MigraSoothe or proof that the complete blend works for everyone. Feverfew, CoQ10 and magnesium have separate bodies of research with limitations; the How It Works guides explain them.

Where is it made, and can I recycle the bottle?

Our supplements are made in Britain in a GMP-standard facility. The compact food-grade HDPE bottles are designed for convenient postal delivery. Check your local recycling rules for the bottle and lid.
