Different ingredients, complementary roles
Riboflavin · the energy helper
Vitamin B2 is used in the body’s cellular energy pathways. Our + Herbs formula supplies 400 mg per capsule, the amount discussed in NICE headache guidance.
Feverfew · a botanical tradition
A separate plant with a long herbal history. Feverfew is paired with riboflavin and ginger in the green + Herbs formula.
Ginger · a familiar companion
A well-known root with culinary and herbal traditions. It brings a different botanical character from feverfew; the guide explains each separately.
CoQ10 · the charge carrier
Think of CoQ10 as part of the relay inside a cell’s energy-making machinery. It carries electrons in the mitochondrial energy chain.
Magnesium · more than bedtime
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function, energy metabolism and a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Evening timing is a practical routine choice.
Three products · one clear routine
The pack combines one core formula with two boosters. The individual bottles make it easier to see what you are taking and organise the day.

Your daily routine
Breakfast, evening, repeat
Morning: one + Herbs capsule and one CoQ10 capsule, with food and water.
Evening: two magnesium capsules, following the bottle directions.
The pack contains 60 + Herbs, 60 CoQ10 and 120 magnesium capsules. Follow your current labels; the suggested timing helps organise the routine.

Riboflavin, CoQ10 and magnesium have each attracted migraine research interest. Riboflavin and CoQ10 have roles in cellular energy pathways; magnesium has wider roles in nerves, muscles and energy metabolism. Bringing them together gives the routine a clear nutritional rationale.
NICE guidance, which informs NHS care in England, says riboflavin 400 mg daily may reduce migraine frequency and intensity for some people. Randomised studies have also reported encouraging migraine results with CoQ10 and oral magnesium. Study doses and preparations vary, so the individual guides explain their evidence in context.
The herbal formula adds feverfew and ginger. Their traditions and research are described in the + Herbs guide. The research on ingredients explains why the combination is interesting; it does not mean every person will have the same response.

What is MigraSoothe Herbal Complete?
Herbal Complete is the new name for our + Herbs Migraine Triple Pack. It combines + Herbs, CoQ10 and magnesium in one ready-made pack.
How is it different from Complete?
Complete uses Original riboflavin as its core formula. Herbal Complete uses + Herbs, which includes riboflavin, feverfew and ginger. Both pair the core formula with CoQ10 and magnesium.
What is included in the pack?
+ Herbs: 60 capsules. CoQ10 with thiamine: 60 capsules. Magnesium citrate: 120 capsules. At the suggested routine, those quantities provide two months of support.
How do I take the pack?
A practical routine is one + Herbs capsule and one CoQ10 capsule with breakfast, then two magnesium capsules in the evening. Follow the directions on each current bottle; timing is a way to make the routine easier to remember.
Can I add Original or Pro?
Choose one core formula. Herbal Complete already contains + Herbs, so do not add Original, Pro or another core-formula pack without checking the combined ingredients with a pharmacist.
Why are feverfew and ginger included?
They bring a botanical dimension to the riboflavin formula. Each + Herbs capsule contains feverfew dried herb powder 100 mg and ginger root 220 mg. The + Herbs guide explores each plant’s history and research separately.
Does the pack contain butterbur?
No. The herbal formula contains feverfew and ginger, rather than butterbur. Always check the ingredient lists on your current bottles.
What research informed the combination?
Riboflavin, CoQ10 and magnesium have been studied in migraine. NICE guidance, which informs NHS care in England, discusses riboflavin 400 mg daily. Ingredient studies help explain the choices; they are different from a clinical trial of the finished pack.
How long should I allow?
Build a consistent routine over weeks, rather than expecting a day-one result. Some NHS guidance suggests a three-month trial of riboflavin, with a diary to assess your pattern. One pack supplies two months at the stated routine.
