Riboflavin, CoQ10 and magnesium all have a place in migraine research. NICE headache guidance, which informs NHS care in England, says riboflavin 400 mg daily may reduce migraine frequency and intensity for some people. CoQ10 trials and magnesium trials have also reported encouraging results, with differences between studies.
