The everyday explanation

Six bottles, six parts of the story

Pro · the core formula

Riboflavin with feverfew, ginger, tryptophan, ALA and supporting B vitamins. The core formula supplies its full daily serving in two capsules.

CoQ10 · the electron relay

CoQ10 participates in the mitochondrial chain that helps cells make ATP. This formula also contains thiamine, vitamin B1.

Magnesium · energy, muscles and nerves

Magnesium is a helper in hundreds of enzyme reactions. The citrate bottle supports a broader nutritional routine beyond the bedtime conversation.

Probiotic Complex · cultures + FOS

A live culture blend paired with the prebiotic-side ingredient FOS. Explore the gut community and its conversation with the body.

ALA · cellular energy and antioxidant research

Alpha-lipoic acid has a place in cellular energy biology and has shown encouraging results in small migraine studies. Ultimate brings the separate booster alongside the ALA already in Pro.

D3 + K2 · sunshine meets structure

Vitamin D3 brings more than its sunshine story: it supports calcium absorption, muscles and immunity, and placebo-controlled migraine trials have reported fewer headache days. K2 complements it through bone maintenance and normal blood clotting. The migraine research here concerns D3 specifically.

Make it an everyday habit

Your daily routine, at a glance

Food, water and a labelled organiser help make a regular routine. Check your current labels and personal advice.

Pro · 2 capsules daily

Take with food and water. Two capsules provide the complete daily serving.

CoQ10 · 1 capsule daily

Take with a meal containing some fat—breakfast is a convenient habit.

Magnesium · 2 capsules in the evening

An evening routine with water keeps this part of the pack easy to remember.

Probiotic Complex · 1 capsule daily

Take with water, following your current bottle’s directions.

ALA · label starts at 2 capsules daily

The bottle contains 120 capsules. Its starting direction is two once daily with a meal, providing 600 mg. Pro also supplies ALA, so have the combined serving checked before using both together.

D3 + K2 · label says 1–2 daily

Take with food, preferably breakfast. One capsule supplies D3 3,000 IU and K2 100 µg; two supply 6,000 IU of D3. Have the higher serving checked against your personal needs and other supplements.

The D3 bottle artwork says 1–2 capsules. Two supply 6,000 IU, above the NHS general adult maximum of 4,000 IU daily, so use a higher amount only on individual clinical advice. Read the NHS advice. The ALA starting direction is shown for clarity; it is not an instruction to increase the dose.

Why this pack?

A practical way to bring the team together

Why bring them together?

“I know keeping track of several supplements can feel like a bind, so I wanted to make it easier by bringing them into one pack.”

Dr Peter Chadha, PhD
Chief Science Officer

One pack, a manageable routine

A labelled organiser helps keep each product’s serving clear. Keep your migraine diary alongside it to track how you get on.

Okay, what’s the science behind the team?

Different ingredients, complementary jobs

Ultimate grew out of Dr Peter Chadha’s review of the ingredients and the research behind them. Its aim is to bring several complementary nutritional approaches into one convenient pack. Riboflavin helps the body make FAD and FMN, CoQ10 carries electrons through the mitochondrial energy chain, and magnesium helps hundreds of enzyme reactions—including those that make and use ATP. Pro adds botanical ingredients, tryptophan and supporting B vitamins; ALA, live cultures with FOS, and D3 + K2 broaden the nutritional approach.

NICE guidance, which informs NHS care in England, says riboflavin 400 mg daily may reduce migraine frequency and intensity for some people. CoQ10 and oral magnesium also have migraine trials behind them. Vitamin D3 deserves particular attention: trials published in 2019 and 2020 reported improvements in headache frequency, and the 2020 trial also reported improvements in duration and severity. ALA has encouraging early migraine research, while the gut–brain connection is an active area of study. K2 is included for its complementary nutritional role alongside D3. The studies concern particular ingredients, doses and populations, rather than a clinical trial of this exact six-product pack. Those distinctions help explain the science without losing sight of why the ingredients were chosen.

Questions you might be asking

Ultimate FAQs

What is included in Ultimate?

Pro, CoQ10, Magnesium, Probiotic Complex, Alpha-Lipoic Acid and D3 + K2: one core formula with five complementary boosters.

Who might prefer Ultimate rather than Complete?

Ultimate offers a broader routine built around Pro. Complete combines Original riboflavin, CoQ10 and Magnesium. Choose the ingredients and routine that suit you.

How do I take the pack?

Use the capsule guide above and your current labels. Pro already contains ALA, so check the combined serving before adding the separate ALA booster.

Can I add Original or + Herbs?

Original, + Herbs and Pro are alternatives. Ultimate already includes Pro, so choose that as your core formula rather than adding another.

Why is it called a 60-day pack?

It is sold as a 60-day support package. Individual bottles can last longer: D3 + K2 has 90 capsules, giving 90 days at one daily. Bottle quantity is not a reason to increase a serving.

What science informed the pack?

Dr Peter Chadha selected complementary ingredients with published research behind them. Riboflavin, CoQ10, magnesium, D3 and ALA have migraine studies; the expandable science section explains the findings. Ingredient studies are distinct from a trial of the finished pack. NICE guidance, which informs NHS care in England, discusses riboflavin 400 mg daily.
